Pancake Supper Fundraiser
Tuesday, October 17, 2017
from 5:30 until 7 PM
All Proceeds will go to Moravian Disaster Response (MDR).
The Board of World Mission has been kept busy with multiple Category 5 hurricanes, earthquakes in Mexico and wildfires across the Western United States.
The Moravian Disaster Response team has sent a trailer to Texas filled with supplied collected and donated by congregations in Southern Wisconsin. This trailer of supplies and tools are already being put to work.
Financial support has been sent to Eastern West Indies Province. Information about the extent of the damage in EWIP is still forthcoming. What we know so far is the Emmaus Moravian Church and manse on St. John were destroyed, and Bethany Moravian Church (also on St. John) has lost much of its roof.
2 Corinthians 9:7 Each of you should give what you have decided in your heart to give, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver.
Come out and support this most worthy cause and enjoy the pancakes!

Hello everyone! We’ve had a great school year, now it’s time to think about summer plans.
Our summer camp is 06/12/2017-08/25/2017. Sign-up begins 05/15/2017. Cost of camp this year is a total of $110 per week. To register for a week, the cost is half your weekly tuition, $55. If you pay for all 11 weeks upfront, $605, you receive a 20% discount on the weekly tuition, $44 instead of $55. Siblings receive a $10 discount on tuition. The drop-in fee is $25 per day.
You will receive a weekly schedule of field trips every Friday to help you plan for the upcoming week’s activities. Please bring lunch every day unless otherwise specified. You may leave sunscreen, a pillow, and blanket at the center for your child to use each day. Extra spending money is optional on field trip days.
This summer we are doing themed days, rather than themed weeks. Themed days are as follows:
Your child is encouraged to bring their electronic device of choice and will have opportunities throughout the day to play on them. All devices need to be hand-held, no gaming consoles please.
We will explore God’s creation by taking trips off campus.
Thursday– The “Arts”
Your kids will experience the “Arts” through music, dance, literature, culinary lessons, architectural structures, engineering, and pottery.
Friday– Water play
We will go swimming or to a water themed play area every Friday to give the kids a nice cool down to end the week.
